Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact info@grandcentralmarket.com.

What size should I order?

All apparel and soft good accessories are pre-washed and run true to size. If you find yourself questioning the fit, our exchanges and returns are quick and easy. 

Great, so what is your return and exchange policy?

We're happy to offer easy returns or exchanges for items in original condition with tags attached. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns or exchanges can be made in person at Grand Central Market or by sending a request to info@grandcentralmarket.com.

As soon as your exchange or return is received, either the new item will be shipped out immediately or you'll receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) in the form of your original payment.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note to allow up to 10 business days for order processing and verification.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders generally arrive in 3 to 5 business days once your order ships. You can also reference the tracking number provided in the e-mail confirmation you'll receive when the item ships. If you did not receive this email, please let us know by sending an email to info@grandcentralmarket.com.

What's the story with wholesale?

An item I want is sold out? Do you restock your inventory?

Depends on the item. Most items we do not reprint items once they have sold out. Limited releases will not be restocked once sold out.
